Enhanced Account — £99 per year (optional)
Registered users get a free Basic account to store up to 5 letters. If you regularly chase unpaid invoices, you can upgrade to an Enhanced account for £99 per year and unlock the full dashboard.
- Store an unlimited number of Letters Before Claim.
- Update the status of each case (paid in full, part-paid, or written off).
- Automated reminder emails 17 and 21 days after the letter date.
- Recovery dashboard showing debt recovered and debt written off.

The Enhanced subscription renews annually and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
